Tennis Finishes Season At Immaculata

Immaculata, Pa. --  The Notre Dame of Maryland University tennis team finished their season Saturday afternoon with a match with Colonial States Athletic Conference foe Immaculata University.

Sophomore Anna Schmedding led the Gators in the match, taking victory at the No. 2 singles spot 7-6, 2-6, 10-6. 

Notre Dame dropped the team match 8-1.

The Gators finish the season with an overall record of 2-11, and 2-8 in the CSAC.  The young team saw many improvements during the season under first year  head coach Brittany Bolster.  The team featured several players with limited experience to start the season, and improved to demonstrate great potential in the coming years.
