Aston, PA – Neumann University women’s tennis defeated College of Notre Dame, 7-2, Tuesday in a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) match. The Gators secured points in the third singles slot and number two doubles.

Steph Thackoordeen (Baltimore, MD/Kenwood) and partner Christina Rose (Waldorf, MD/Henry E. Lackey) opened up the scoring for College of Notre Dame with a 9-7 win at second doubles. Thackoordeen carried her strong doubles play into her singles match, recording a 6-4, 6-2 victory.

The Gators travel to CSAC opponent Baptist Bible College of Saturday.
