Baltimore, Md. –There are a few upcoming events/programs happening in the next few weeks that are beneficial to student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and fans. Please be sure to tune in, partake in these programs, and follow us on our social media accounts to stay updated and connected.
The Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) has been hosting weekly "Raise Your Game" Programming. This programming is designed to enhance the Division III athletic experience for CSAC coaches and student-athletes.
Tomorrow night they are hosting another "Coaches Fireside Chat" at 7 pm. Tomorrow's chat is with the CSAC Women's Soccer Coaches, and our head soccer coach Michele Rodriguez-Smith will be featured. The fireside chat will be streamed live on the
CSAC's Facebook page beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18.
The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) has been continuing its efforts to provide events and hangouts for our student-athletes via Zoom. The next event will be a Christmas movie night held on Thursday, November 19
that 7:30, via zoom. They will be streaming "The Grinch," so be sure to have popcorn and candy and be ready to watch and hang out with friends, all are welcome!
The final event for the fall semester will be the third annual Bingo Night, held on Monday, December 2
ndat 7:00 pm, via Zoom. Each year, the SAAC chooses a charity or organization that is close to their heart, and they donate a portion of the proceeds to that organization. Their first-year choice was the American Cancer Society, and last year was the American Heart Association. This year, the SAAC has decided to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. While this year's event will be free for everyone, donations will be accepted and will go 100% to the society.
