Rob Tarver was hired as an assistant coach for the men's lacrosse team at Notre Dame of Maryland for the inception of the program in the 2025-26 season.
Rob has previous coaching experience at multiple levels. He recently served as a coach at Brevard College as a volunteer assistant men's lacrosse coach and strength and conditioning coordinator. He was also the associate head coach at Randallstown High School boys lacrosse.
Rob played three years for NCAA Division II Frostburg State University as a two-way midfielder and attackman. He also played one year as a graduate student for NCAA Division II Emmanuel University as a defensive midfielder. Before that, he played lacrosse at Randallstown High School.
Rob is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
