Box Score Rosemont, Pa.  --  Notre Dame of Maryland University secured a Colonial States Athletic Conference Playoff berth after sweeping Rosemont College 3-0 Saturday afternoon.  The Gators won the match by scores of 25-14, 25-14, 25-16.  

In the match with the Ravens, Notre Dame was led by senior Marylu Ortiz (Oceanside, Calif./El Camino) and freshman Ashley Pasker (Newark, N.J./University), who both finished the day with seven kills while Pasker hit at a .312 clip.  Freshman Jamie Reyes (Yorba Linda, Calif.) ended her night with 18 assists and tied with Ortiz for the team lead with four aces.  

Defensively, sophomore Cleaya Antes (Carson, Calif./Academy of Math and Science) paced Notre Dame with 16 digs.  Freshman Brooke Bowman (Garden City, Mich.), posted two solo blocks.  

With the win, the Gators improve to 6-5 in the league and the sixth seed in the playoffs, will visit Marywood University on Tuesday night in the first round of the 2014 CSAC Playoffs.
