Box Score TAKOMA PARK, Md. – Notre Dame volleyball team traveled to Washington Adventist University in their second match in two days. The Gators defeat the Shock, 3-0 (25-14, 25-11, 25-6) for their fifth sweep this season.
In the win, the team posted 26 kills, led by freshman
Sarah Sweet who finished with nine. Sophomore
Kayleigh Davis added seven kills, while also leading the team in aces with four. On the defensive end, sophomore
Mary Marquez and senior
Grace Park combined for 14 digs. Senior setter
Jamie Reyes, recorded 21 assists, while also posting three kills and five digs.
The Gators will next come home as they host Christendom College and Manhattanville College in their second and final home trimatch of the season. Notre Dame will see Washington Adventist again next week as they host the Shock on Wednesday.
