BALTIMORE, Md. – The Notre Dame field hockey team hosted Wilson College in their lone game of the week. The Gators held the Phoenix to only one score, but could land a goal as they were shutout, 1-0.
The Gators posted eight shots against Wilson, five on goal.
Notre Dame had several good looks at the goal, but could not land one.
Freshman Kelsey Campbell and Vanessa Dunn each tallied two shots on goal against the Phoenix.
Sophomore Michaela Seay added one shot on goal.
In goal for the Gators, freshman Fallon Katz recorded six saves. She is currently ranked third in the conference for saves per game with 8.00.
