CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Notre Dame volleyball opened their Colonial States Athletic Conference week on the road at Wilson College Thursday night.
In the first set, the Gators started off slow, down seven to open the match. Notre Dame charged back to claim a 25-23 opening set victory. NDMU did not let up taking the next two sets 25-16 and 25-20.
The Gators finished with 35 kills against the Phoenix. Sophomore
Sarah Sweet led the team with 15 kills followed by junior
Kayleigh Davis with 11.

Michaila Sheedy had four solo blocks while adding five kills.
From the service line, the Gators posted five aces led by junior
Sara Few and Davis with two apiece.
Few and senior
Ricelle Taganas combined for 29 assists. Taganas added eight digs.
Defensively, junior
Mary Marquez tallied a team leading 21 digs. Davis and Sweet both posted double figure digs, Davis with 12 and Sweet with 10. The team fished with 61 digs.
