BALTIMORE, Md. – Notre Dame soccer hosted Centenary University Saturday afternoon in their last regular season home game. The Gators battled tough, but fell to the Cyclones, 1-6.
Against the Cyclones, the Gators tallied four shots. Seniors
Colette Pierce, Loren Pardoe, and sophomore
Julie Hagis, and freshman
Sara Morales each tallied a shot in the game.
In the first half, Notre Dame got on the board when Pierce scored her 12
th goal of the season. She beat a defender and the goalie to the ball to get the Gators on the board.
In goal for Notre Dame, freshman
Myla Young tallied nine saves.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Notre Dame will wrap up the regular season next week as they face Rosemont College on Thursday on the road. The Gators currently sit in fourth place in the CSAC. A fourth place finish at the conclusion of the season would mean NDMU will host the first round of the CSAC Playoffs in Baltimore on Monday, November 4.
