Kirstin McGee earned her first CSAC Weekly recognition and the lone honor for the Gators this week.
In the Notre Dame lacrosse team's 2-0 conference week, the Gators scored victories over both Cedar Crest College and Centenary. McGee led the team with 20 points over both games.
Against Cedar Crest, McGee recorded six goals and one assist and against Centenary, she finished with seven goals and three assists. Against the Cyclones, McGee scored her 100
th career goal and reached 200 career points.
McGee is now fifth in the CSAC in goals per game and first in assists and second in points. Prior to Centenary's game she ranked 28th in the NCAA for assists per game and 21st in points.
The Gators will face Rosemont College on Wednesday in their last regular season game of the season. Notre Dame has clinched a spot in the CSAC Playoffs. First round of the playoffs will be held on Wednesday, May 1. Seeding will be decided after the conclusion of the regular season.
