Gators Advance to 10-3 in the CSAC

Box Score ROSEMONT, Pa. – Wednesday night the Gators traveled to Pennsylvania and competed in a road game against Rosemont College. The NDMU basketball team started strong from the beginning of the game, eventually winning 86-70 taking home their tenth Colonial States Athletic Conference victory.
 
Leading the Gators in scoring, freshman Ayana Brim tallied another high scoring performance with 25 points, also leading the team with eight rebounds. The second leading scorer of the game was freshman Ariana Alleyne posting 22 total points. She went 5-for-7 from the floor, tallied six assists, and had five defensive steals.
 
Junior Keyeria Dawson also posted double-digit scoring finishing with 16 points and shooting 3-for-3 from the floor. Sophomore Daija Fitchett scored 10 points and added seven rebounds. Additionally, freshman Jaylah Lewis added eight points to the Gators score and shooting 4-for-4 in free throws. 
 
This team victory advances the Gators to 14-6 overall and 10-3 in the CSAC.
 
WHAT'S NEXT?
This coming Saturday the Gators will host Cairn University at 1:00 p.m. in a Colonial States Athletic Conference matchup.
