Amya Durham earns her first appearance on the Colonial States Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll as announced on Monday, joining teammate
Daija Fitchett who was named to the league's weekly awards list for the fourth time this season.
Fitchett leads the conference with 12.7 rebounds per contest while also holding the league's lead in blocks per game. Fitchett led the Gators to a 2-0 week, including her sixth-straight contest rebounding in double-figures. In the 54-45 win against Bryn Athyn, she had two blocks, a steal, and 14 rebounds to go with six points. Against Cedar Crest, she went for her fifth double-double of the season shooting (8-for-13) with 17 points and 14 rebounds. She had a team-high three steals in the 55-48 win.
Durham led the Gators attack in the win against Bryn Athyn shooting (7-for-16) for 14 points. She had a career-best eight rebounds and added three steals and three assists in the win. Against Cedar Crest, She was the Gators leading passer with five assists in addition to five rebounds and seven points. Durham is second on the team in assists and is currently sixth in the CSAC averaging 4.3 assists per contest. She's second amongst league leaders in assist-to-turnover ratio.
