Baltimore, Md. – The Colonial States Athletic Conference is participating in the Polar Plunge for the 11^th straight year, raising money to benefit Special Olympics Pennsylvania. Due to COVID-19, all live plunge events for the Polar Plunge have been canceled. However, this year there is a fun alternative to help raise money for the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania. 

            This year, the "Polar Pop" is a virtual event that involves making a video with the following: holding a cold-water balloon over your head, popping it, and posting it on social media using the hashtag #PaPolarPop. Participants are encouraged to share their videos and help raise money anytime from February 1-26.

            Notre Dame of Maryland Athletics has joined Team CSAC and created a fundraising page. We encourage you to join our efforts, take part in the challenge, and help us raise money for the Special Olympics PA. The view NDMU's fundraising page, click here
