Gators Welcome Spectators Back at Home Indoor Events

BALTIMORE, MD – Notre Dame of Maryland athletics has announced the return of spectators at indoor home events with up-to-date guidelines for those in attendance. Earlier this year, the Colonial States Athletic Conference decided to temporarily prohibit spectators at all indoor events until January 31 in response to the rise of the highly transmissible Omicron variant of COVID-19.

Effective immediately, Director of Athletics and Wellness, Dr. Ashley Hodges, announced. "Spectators will be permitted to attend basketball games and must be masked with a KN95, N95, or cloth and surgical layered masks. Social distancing is required outside of your family unit."

Notre Dame (Md.) will host its first home contest in front of fans at MBK Complex on Wednesday, February 9 when the basketball program hosts Wilson College at 7 p.m.
