The Notre Dame of Maryland University men's basketball team suffered a 74-60 loss to Lancaster Bible College in a challenging matchup. Despite their best efforts, the Gators kept up with the Chargers' efficient play, but resulting in a disappointing outcome on the road.
Notre Dame managed 60 points,the Gators' free-throw shooting showed significant improvement over the course of the game. In the first half, they struggled from the charity stripe, converting just 50% of their attempts. However, they found their rhythm in the second half, shooting a much-improved 80% from the line. #8
Chandler Johnson led the Gators' scoring efforts, contributing 12 points. His ability to find the basket gave the team momentum. #33

Jahbreco Dacosta also chipped in with 8 points each, showcasing moments of promise in their offensive contributes which hindered their ability to sustain momentum throughout the game.
On the other side,the Chargers built a comfortable lead early on and maintained control ensuring this game to be a battle between the two. Despite the outcome, the game provided valuable experience for the two teams offering lessons that could prove pivotal as they aim to push through their season.
The Gators will look to regroup, focusing on leveraging their strengths and addressing their shortcomings.
