BRYN MAWR, PA —
Ricardo Ross scored 22 points and Notre Dame of Maryland pulled away early in the second half to rout Rosemont 83–55 on Wednesday night at the Hirsh Community Center. NDM improves to a 5-4 record on the season and 1-0 in United East Conference play as they continue to stay hot after winning five of the last six contests.

After leading 34–26 at halftime, Notre Dame opened the second half with a Ross layup and never looked back. The Gators ripped off a series of transition buckets, fueled by pressure defense, and outscored Rosemont 49–29 after the break. Notre Dame scored 22 points off turnovers and finished with 17 fast-break points.
Brandon Moore led Rosemont (0–7) with 15 points and seven rebounds. Zaki Gomez added 13 points and Chris Taylor scored nine.
Notre Dame's second-half surge grew the lead to as many as 29, highlighted by a flurry from Ross — including a pair of transition layups and consecutive threes inside the five-minute mark.
The Gators return to action later this week as United East play continues with a trip to Valley Forge on Saturday, December 6 at 1 PM. The two teams have split the series so far as Notre Dame won in 2023 with a 69-60 victory while Valley Forge won in 2024 by the score of 73-65.
