Media, Pa. - The Notre Dame of Maryland women's soccer team earned a hard-fought point on the road after a 1-1 draw this afternoon at Penn State Brandywine.
The Gatos recorded 15 shots in the first half, eight of which were on target, but were unable to find a breakthrough until the 63rd minute, when

A Gators' own goal in the 85th minute tied the match and the match ended with the 1-all scoreline.
Alex Busick led all players with nine shots and four shots on goal.
Victoria Russell and
Olivia Messercola each had three shots on target.
Leah Hasberry recorded four saves in between the sticks.
The draw is the Gators first draw in 13 matches.
The Gators are 3-6-1 on the season and 1-1-1 in conference play. They are back in action on Saturday to host Penn State Berks.
