Field Hockey Ends Season By Falling At Immaculata

Box Score Immaculata, Pa.  --  The field hockey team for Notre Dame of Maryland University finished their season by visiting Immaculata University in a Colonial States Athletic Conference matchup.  In the contest, the Gators fell 10-0.

Freshman Cynthia Agouru (Baltimore, Md./Eastern Tech) led the team in shots while freshman Taylor Clark-Hartman (Havre de Grace, Md.) aided the effort.  Freshman goalkeeper Arianna Hudson (Baltimore, Md./Western) posted 12 saves on the day. 

For the season, Notre Dame hit several milestones as they won for the first time since the 2011 season and ended a 35-game losing streak with a 3-2 victory over Sweet Briar College.  They also defeated Cedar Crest College for their first CSAC victory since the 2008 season.  Their three victories this season also marks the most successful year since 2008.  During their CSAC schedule, the Gators scored goals against Marywood University, Gwynedd Mercy University and Cabrini College for the first time in several years.  Their 13 season goals are their highest output since 2011 as well.
