Field Hockey Drops CSAC Tilt To Keystone

Box Score La Plume, Md.  --  Notre Dame of Maryland University dropped a Colonial States Athletic Conference field hockey matchup to Keystone College Saturday. 

In the contest, junior goalkeeper De'Ja Martin (Salisbury, Md./Wicomico) would post a career high 24 saves.  The 24 saves are tied for the fifth-best total in school history.  

Aiding the defense was freshman Peace Ani (Windsor Mill, Md./Western Tech), who notched four defensive saves.  Freshman Caroline O'Donnell (Emmitsburg, Md./Catoctin) would notch two defensive saves while freshman Esme' Hallsey-Collins (Greenbelt, Md./Eleanor Roosevelt) added one.  

The Giants bested the Gators 12-0.  Notre Dame get to rest for a week before returning to action on Saturday by traveling to CSAC foe Marywood University.
