ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The field hockey team was back in action today, as the club fell 7-0 to conference foe Cedar Crest. The loss drops the Gators to 1-6 on the year and 0-2 in the CSAC.

Senior De'Ja Martin played 70 minutes in net and recorded seven saves. Sophomore Megan Morales had an opportunity to put the Gators on the board in the 50^th minute, but her shot went just wide of the net.

The Falcons countered the Gators' attack with three goals to close the game.

Notre Dame has a tough test on Monday night, as the Gators take on Johns Hopkins University (5-4, 2-1 Centennial Conference) in an away matchup at 7 p.m.
