BALTIMORE, Md. – The soccer team stepped into Colonial States Athletic Conference action today and scored a 2-1 win over Centenary. 

It was a hard fought battle for the entire 90 minutes of action. The Club improves to 2-2 on the season and 1-0 in the CSAC after today's victory. 

Junior Elizabeth Balog netted the game's first goal, as sophomore Meghan Conner's pass found the junior for her second goal on the year. 

The Gators were able to add an insurance goal after 62 minutes of scoreless action, as sophomore Lindsay Rehak's through ball found Conner for her first goal on the year. 

The Cyclones responded with an 84th minute goal but sophomore Lilly Gordon was able to shut them out the rest of the way to help her team capture the victory. Gordon recorded six saves on her way to earning her second win on the season. 

Notre Dame has a few days to rest before it meets Marymount University (4-2) in Arlington, Va. on Wednesday at 5 p.m. You can follow the action via the live stats and video links.
