Soccer Drops Game Against EMU

Box Score BALTIMORE, Md. – Notre Dame soccer dropped their home contest against Eastern Mennonite University on Saturday afternoon, 4-0.

The Gators struggled to get their offensive momentum going, only registering one shot in the game.  On the defensive end, Notre Dame faced 19 shots, 12 of which were on goal.  Despite the loss, sophomore goalkeeper Loren Pardoe had a solid outing, recording eight saves and disrupting the EMU offensive attacks.  Junior Meghan Conner registered a shot, while senior Alla Stepanov posted a corner kick for the team.

Notre Dame moves to 1-3 overall this season.  They will now start their Colonial States Athletic Conference schedule next week as they travel to Immaculata University on Wednesday.  On Wednesday, September 27, the Gators will host their first CSAC game against Rosemont College.
