BALTIMORE, Md. – The Notre Dame basketball team dropped their final home game of 2018 to Wesley College on Tuesday night. In their non-conference action, the Gators fell behind early to the Wolverines eventually falling, 76-48.
Sophomores
Adrianna Fletcher and
Keyeria Dawson led the team with nine points apiece. Dawson posted three field goals including a three-pointer and was 2-for-2 from the free throw line.
Five different players accounted for the team's nine three-pointers against the Wolverines. Fletcher paced the team downing three three-pointers, finishing the game with nine points. Senior
Justice Walrath and freshman
Vanessa Dunn posted two apiece, while senior
Justine Mudiay tallied one.
On the defensive end, the Gators posted nine blocks, the most in game since December last season. Mudiay and Dawson each posted two blocks, while five other players tallied one apiece.
Freshman
Briana Gibson posted two of the team's seven steals.
On the boards, Notre Dame finished with 34 rebounds. Sophomore
Jaya Green lead with eight rebounds, while Dawson was right behind her with seven.

NDMU will have just over a week off from action as they head into the finals week. They will play their final game of the year next Wednesday, December 19 at Penn State York.
