ROSEMONT, Pa. – Notre Dame volleyball is back in the win column Wednesday after defeating the Rosemont College Ravens in straight sets, 3-0 (25-6, 25-8, 25-7).
In the lopsided match, the Gators hit collectively .489, with 27 kills.
Senior
Kayleigh Davis led the team with seven kills, while sophomore
Alyssa Kerns added six. Kerns hit 1.000 in the match, going 6-for-6 in hits. Sophomore
Michaila Sheedy and Davis both hit over .600, with Sheedy posting four kills.
In their third best match this season from the service line, Notre Dame tallied 19 aces against the Ravens. Five different players posted aces, led by senior
Sara Few with six. Few also led the team with 13 assists.
Junior
Hannah Amodia, tied a season high, adding five aces.
Defensively, NDMU finished with 21 digs, led by Davis with seven and sophomore
Angel Carino with six.

Gabbi Taganas each posted one solo block each, while Taganas added four kills.
WHAT'S NEXT?
The Gators will host current number one in the CSAC, Cedar Crest College on Saturday. Prior to the start, NDMU seniors Few, Davis, and Marquez will be honored.
