ROSEMONT, Pa. – Today, the Colonial States Athletics Conference announced the 2019 Women's Soccer All-Conference Teams. For the first time in program history, the Gators had five student-athletes earn postseason honors: Hannah Woodworth, Myla Young, Colette Pierce, Loren Pardoe, and Sara Morales. Prior to this season, Notre Dame's most postseason honorees were three in 2011.

Myla Young were named to the Second Team All-CSAC team, a first postseason recognition for all.
Woodworth was selected to the second team as a defender for the Gators. This season, Woodworth has been instrumental in the Gators on the defensive end, halting offensive pressure by opponents. She has played in every game for Notre Dame this year, while also adding one assist in their game against Wilson.
Throughout the season, Pierce has been a dominate threat for the Gators, being selected to the Second Team All-CSAC as a midfielder. Pierce led the team in goals this season, posting 12 in their 16 games, including four game-winning-goals. She had three multi-goal games, while also tallying an assist in their win at St. Elizabeth. In CSAC games this season, she finished the regular season ranked sixth in goals per game and first in game-winning-goals.
Freshman Young had a standout rookie season in goal for NDMU. Playing all 16 games for the Gators in goal, Young racked up 110 saves and six shutouts. She finished the regular season ranked fourth in goals against average and third in saves per game in the CSAC.
Also earning her first All-CSAC recognition was senior
Loren Pardoewho was named to the Honorable Mention All-CSAC team. Pardoe earned her postseason honor as a defender, but showed her presence across on both the offensive and defensive ends. Beyond running down offensive pressure from their opponents, Pardoe also tallied a goal and two assists this season.
This season's CSAC All-Sportsmanship honoree was freshman
Sara Morales. Morales had outstanding rookie season for the Gators. She started all 16 games for Notre Dame, posting six goals and two assists.
Today at 2:00 p.m., the Gators host Rosemont College in the CSAC Playoffs. This is the programs first CSAC playoff appearance since joining the conference in 2007.
