HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – The Notre Dame lacrosse team was in Colonial States Athletic Conference action this afternoon on the road at Centenary University. The Gators blanked the Cyclones in the first half and went on to score their fourth CSAC victory, 18-2.
Senior
Megan Morales led the team in scoring with nine goals. This is her third game this season with nine or more goals in a game. She also led the team in draw controls with eight, while the team finished with 15.
Freshman
Julie Hagis finished with three goals, while adding one assist. Seniors
Kirstin McGee and Peace Ani posted two goals apiece, while freshman
Stephanie Morgan and
Katie Hawkins added one apiece.
McGee lead the team with assists, adding two to her league leading assists per game effort. She also posted five draw controls. Morgan also tallied an assist in the win.
At Centenary, the Gators finished with 14 caused turnovers, their second best defensive performance this season.

Marie Salas made two saves, while holding the Cyclones scoreless in the first half.
WHAT'S NEXT?
On Tuesday, the Gators travel to Cedar Crest College in their last road game of the season. They will return home to close out the season, first on Thursday against Centenary in their second meeting in less than a week.
