In the first half, the Gators struggled to get on the board after their opening goal.  Keystone went up early over NDMU, scoring in the first minute and a half of play.  Senior Megan Morales tied it up seven minutes later.

The Giants went on a four goal run over an eight-minute span, going up 5-1 with 10 to play in the first half.

With time running down, senior Kirstin McGee netted the team's second goal, in an assisted play by Morales.

NDMU went into halftime down, 5-2.

In an uphill battle for the second half, the Gators gave up two early scores to Keystone, facing a five goal differential with 27 minutes left to play.

Following a Keystone goal, Morales notched her second of the game, starting a Notre Dame score run.

Back-to-back goals by Morales, and one by freshman Julie Hagis, the team cut the Keystone lead to two, down 7-5.

With 18 on the clock, Keystone added one more, again jumping out to a three-goal lead, 8-5.

Morales scored two more with less than seven on the clock, but the team fell just short, 8-7.

Morales paced the team with five goals, followed up Hagis and McGee with one each.  McGee added two assists, while Morales had one.

Morales and McGee combined for nine draw controls.

In goal for Notre Dame, sophomore Marie Salas recorded 12 saves.
