Baltimore, Md. – Beginning the week of October 12^th, Notre Dame of Maryland University Athletic Department began the "High Achieving Gators" recognition program. The High Achieving Gators program is a weekly recognition for any student-athlete that receives a B or higher on any assignment or test.

            Student-athletes submit their stellar work each week, and the following week their achievements are celebrated via social media platforms. So far, there have been 11 Gators who have earned this weekly recognition.

            Student-athletes are encouraged to keep up the great work academically, and to submit their achievements so that they can be celebrated for their success.
