Notre Dame Picked Second in CSAC Women's Lacrosse Preseason Coaches' Poll

ROSEMONT, Pa. – The Keystone College women's lacrosse team was the top pick of the coaches in the 2021 Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) preseason poll released on Tuesday afternoon.

The Giants, who advanced to the 2019 CSAC title game, received 33 points and four first-place votes. Notre Dame of Maryland, which captured its first CSAC title in 2019, was second in the poll with 30 points and one first-place vote.

Bryn Athyn College was third with 23 points and one first-place vote, followed by Wilson College in fourth place with 16 points. Centenary University was fifth with 13 points while Cedar Crest College was in sixth place with 11 points.

Conference play starts Sunday, March 28. The matchups scheduled for that day are Keystone at Notre Dame, while Centenary is slated to travel to Bryn Athyn.

The 2021 CSAC Championship, which will feature the top four teams, is slated to start on Wednesday, April 21. The top seed is scheduled to host the fourth seed, while the second seed will host the third seed. The two semifinal winners will meet on Saturday, April 24, for the CSAC Championship.
