Women's Soccer Falls in Conference Opener

Middletown, Pa. - The Notre Dame of Maryland women's soccer team fell in their first United East conference match of the season as they were bested 5-0 by Penn State Harrisburg.

The Nittany Lions forced 24 shots, including 16 on goal. Leah Hasberry recorded 11 saves for the Gators in between the sticks. 

Victoria Russell led the Gators with two shots attempted while Leah Acri mustered one shot. 

The Gators look to bounce back on Tuesday when they host Cedar Crest.
