2021-22: Enters her senior season at NDMU

2019-20: Sporting the captain title as a junior, Fletcher led the Gators with 39 made three-pointers ... She saw time in 26 games and made 19 starts at the forward position ... Fletcher had a career day against Clarks Summit (12/7) shooting 5-for-8 from the three-point line to tie for the 9th most threes by a Gator in a single game ... Averaged 6.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.3 steals per contest.

2018-19: Fletcher made 25 starts, appearing in 26 games as a sophomore ... Led the Gators in scoring (9.1 ppg) and end the season leading the team with the third most made three-pointers (53) in program history ... She led the team with minutes played and came in second with 80 made field-goals, 141 rebounds (5.4 rpg), and 33 steals ... Fletcher had her first career double-double (16 points, 10 rebounds) against Immaculata University (12/8) in a 58-54 win for the Gators ... Scored a career-high 19 points against Wilson (1/10) and Bryn Athyn (1/16) .

2017-18: A three-sports student-athlete, Fletcher played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse in her rookie seasons.  For the NDMU soccer team, she made nine appearances and eight starts.  She posted two assists.  For basketball, she made 25 appearances, posting a career high on January 6 against Cedar Crest posting 16 points.  She posted 19 three-pointers and finished the season with 101 points.  For the Notre Dame lacrosse team, Fletcher made 13 appearances, recording 16 ground balls and seven caused turnovers.
