2021: Enters her second season of volleyball at NDMU.
2019: As a freshman, She appeared in all 29 matches ... Played in 77 sets, totaling 43 kills and three aces ... Taganas added 26 digs on the defensive end during the Gators' NCAA Tournament run.
High School Athletic/Academic Honors: All-State, All-Division and All-County performer in 2018 … two-year member of the varsity volleyball program … Unsung Hero Award recipient in 2016 … Presidential and AP Scholar award recipient … member of the National Honor Society, the Art Honor Society and the International Thespian Society.
Why NDMU?
NDMU provides its students with many outlets for support. Different sports teams will come together to support each other at everyone's games and people can bond from other clubs and the Morrissy Honors program despite differences in majors or background. Student life at NDMU feels very personalized and there's a home for every kind of personality here.
What Does Playing Division III Athletics Mean to You?
D3 means having the ability to balance my favorite activities. I don't have to narrow my focus too much and I can still put forth my best effort in both my academics and athletics. I can excel without feeling like I have to sacrifice doing the things I love the most.

I want to help people and leave the world a better place.
