Gators Fall to Centenary

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Baltimore, Md. -- Notre Dame of Maryland University's softball team took on Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Centenary College in their makeup game originally scheduled for earlier this season.

In the doubleheader, the Gators saw five player record hits led by senior Brea Kehr (Dundalk, Md. / Bridgewater College) and sophomore Margaret Pedersen (Brick, N.J.). Megan O'Connor (Oxford, Pa.), Jennifer Whiting (Perry Hall), and Catherine Bruzdzinski (Baltimore, Md. / Baltimore Lutheran) all aided the offensive effort.
Centenary defeated Notre Dame 8-0 in game one and 10-1 in game two.

The Gators will now travel to Trinity Washington University Monday for their third doubleheader in three days. Last season, Notre Dame defeated the Tigers 11-3 and 14-1.
