Box Score BALTIMORE, Md. – Notre Dame lacrosse defeated non-conference opponent Bryn Mawr College Monday afternoon. The Gators rebounded in their third game in five days, securing their second win of the season, 15-9.
Five different players scored for the Gators, led by junior
Megan Morales with six. Morales scored five of her six goals in the first half, helping lead the team to a 12-3 score at halftime. She also went 6-for-7 on shots and added three draw controls. Morales also went a perfect 2-for-2 on her free position shots.
Junior
Kirstin McGee posted four goals in the team victory, while also recording five assists. McGee assisted Notre Dame's first three goals of the game, while her first goal came in the 12
th minute off a free position shot. Last season, McGee was the CSAC leader in assists per game and she now is averaging 1.50 per game. McGee has led the team in draw controls in their last three games, posting seven against the Owls. She is currently ranked seventh in the CSAC for draw controls per game with 5.25.
After getting Notre Dame on the board first in the game, senior
Kaitlyn Walter went on to add two more goals and four assists. Three goals and four assists are both season highs for Walter. She also finished the game with three draw controls and five grounds balls.

Khamaree Owens and sophomore
Jessica Wells also had goals for the Gators. Wells' registered Notre Dame's last goal in the second half coming off a free position shot. In goal for Notre Dame, freshman
Marie Salas had nine saves. She is first in the CSAC in saves percentage at .575.
Bryn Mawr held Notre Dame to just three second-half goals, their nine-point lead going into halftime and strong time management in the second half helped lead the Gators to victory.
Notre Dame will continue their busy schedule as they return to action on Wednesday on the road at Hood College.
