Box Score BALTIMORE, Md.—Notre Dame lacrosse wrapped their 2018 season today against Cedar Crest College. In their season finale, the Gators jumped on the Falcons early and didn't led up as Notre Dame posted their second Colonial States Athletic Conference shutout, 20-0. In both of NDMU's shutouts this season, the Gators scored 20 or more goals. Prior to the start of the game, seniors Khamaree Owens, Kaitlyn Walter, Brady Wolf, and Lindsey Webb were honored.
The Gators got on the board early, scoring in the first 10 seconds off the opening draw, when junior
Megan Morales scored off a pass from junior
Kirstin McGee. At the 15-minute mark in the first half, Notre Dame posted their 10
th goal as junior
Peace Ani scored off a pass from Morales. In the opening half, the Gators posted 16 goals and closed out the game, adding another four.
In an impressive outing for the team, nine different players recorded goals, two of which were their first of the season and of their careers.
Morales paced the team with four goals, adding to her conference leading 5.06 goals per game. Graduate Student,

Kaitlyn Walter each added three goals, while McGee and senior
Khamaree Owens registered two.
Junior
Kayla Becker, sophomore
Loren Pardoe, and senior
Lindsey Webb each tallied one goal apiece. Becker and Webb's goals were their first of their careers.
In goal for the Gators, freshman
Marie Salas recorded her second shutout of her career, posting two saves in the victory.
Notre Dame finishes their 2018 season with a 4-9 overall and a 2-6 CSAC record. The Gators finished in seventh place, just one position shy of playoffs.
At the conclusion of the regular season, Morales sits atop the CSAC in goals per game (5.09). McGee is ranked fifth in the CSAC in assists per game with 2.00 this season. Rookie goalie, Salas is first in the CSAC in both save percentage (.517) and saves per game (14.25).
