Box Score 2 DUNDALK, Md. – Notre Dame softball hosted Keystone College Saturday afternoon in a Colonial States Athletic Conference doubleheader. In game one, the Gators opened the first inning to a 3-1 lead, but the Giants would go on to take both games, 13-4 and 13-0. During the doubleheader break, lone senior Maddie King was honored.
Sophomore
Hanna Morseman and junior
Samantha Kastner both recorded two hits and two RBIs apiece against the Giants. Morseman had a double in game, she continues to lead the team in extra base hits with seven.
Sophomore
Naudiya Hopkins posted two of NDMU's runs in game one. She batted second in both games. Sophomore
Isa Carunungan and Kastner registered the other two runs for Notre Dame. As a team, the Gators drew eight walks against the Giants, with Hopkins leading the pack with three.
The Gators will see one day off before hosting their final home game of the season against Gwynedd Mercy University. This will be the team's third doubleheader in four days. The Gators will wrap their season next week on the road on Friday and Saturday.
