INDIANAPOLIS, In. – Notre Dame of Maryland (7-0) gets a first round bye in the 37-team field, and will square off against Ithaca College in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The tournament starts with first round action May 8^th, and the Gators taking the field in round two on Sunday, May 9^th at 11:30am.
 
Ithaca went 12-1 on the season and 8-0 in Liberty League play.  They are ranked #7 in the IWLCA Coaches Poll and ranked #1 in the East Region.
 
The host site for this region of the bracket is Washington and Lee University in Lexington City, Virginia.
 
Ithaca lost in the Liberty League Championship to #19 William Smith College, 17-13.
