BALTIMORE, MD –  The Colonial States Athletic Conference announced 624 student-athletes to the 2022 Winter/Spring All-Academic Team with 32 Notre Dame of Maryland athletes earning a place on the list. Notre Dame (Md.)'s lacrosse team achieved a 3.658 semester GPA, the highest of any team in the Winter/Spring semester. 

Established prior to the start of the 2013-14 academic year, the CSAC Team Academic Award is given annually to each sports team whose student-athletes, while competing in conference-sponsored sports, achieve the highest combined grade point average. Grade point average calculations correspond with the student-athletes' season of participation during the sport's traditional season. The 2022 Winter/Spring Team Academic Awards are based on each team's combined GPA from the Spring 2022 semester only.

Mackenzie Lookingland earned her second All-Academic team, playing both basketball and tennis after earning a spot on the 2021-22 Fall squad as a member of the soccer program. 12 other Gators made a return trip to this season's All-Academic team including Emma Alascia, Anna Choudhary, Sara Morales, Cesia Diaz, Averee Radonovich, Sarah Generoso, Jade Stewart, April Boss, Emma Mueller, Candace Forgach-Aguilar, Delilah Litz and Jaime Ballard.
