Generoso, Reyes, Seay Earn Academic Awards

BALTIMORE, MD - The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced their 2025 Academic Honor Squads, with three Gators making the prestigious list. Senior Sarah Generoso was joined by juniors Makaylah Reyes and Jillian Seay to earn the national academic honors.

To earn a place on the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or greater.

A nursing major, Generoso embodied the true spirit of a student-athlete, graduating with a remarkable 3.89 GPA.  Generoso was previously named as the United East Women's Lacrosse Senior Scholar Athlete.

Reyes and Seay both are involved in the Social Sciences and Law program at Notre Dame of Maryand University and will look to return as leaders on and off the field for the Gators women's lacrosse program.
