Latham, N.Y. – The Notre Dame of Maryland volleyball team is ranked sixth in the United East Preseason Poll, the conference announced this morning.

The Gators collected 93 points; the poll is voted on by the league's head coaches.

Reigning regular season champions Gallaudet were picked to repeat, followed closely by Penn State Harrisburg and St. Mary's. Lancaster Bible and Cairn round out the top five.

The Gators are coming off a season in which they went 16-7 overall and 7-3 in conference play; the Gators went 10-2 on their home court in 2025.

The Gators return two all-conference performers in Kaliyah Brown and Izzy Stewart as they open the 2026 campaign next Tuesday against Washington College at 7 p.m. inside the MBK Sports Complex.
