Baltimore, Md. - Notre Dame of Maryland University dropped a tough 60-58 non-conference basketball match up with Christendom College Monday evening. With the win, the Lady Crusaders are 7-9, while the Gators are still hunting for their first win of 2012.

Freshman Niccole Brown (Annapolis) had a team-high 16 points, while classmate Imani Stokes (Baltimore/Polytechnic Institute) recorded her twelfth double-double off 11 points and a game-high 16 rebounds.

India Scott (Gr./Baltimore/Polytechnic Institute) also had a double-double (13 points, 10 boards) while sophomore Sasha Vassel (Palm Beach, Fla./William T. Dwyer) was the other Gator scoring in double figures, with 11 points.

Notre Dame hits the road Wednesday for a CSAC tilt with Keystone College. Tip off in LaPlume, Pa. is 6:00 p.m. and the game will be streamed through Penn Atlantic.
