Box Score Baltimore, Md. -- The Notre Dame of Maryland University basketball team hosted Colonial States Athletics Conference opponent Neumann University in their first home game of the New Year. A solid start for the Gators wasn't enough to outlast the Knights as Notre Dame fell, 88-45.

Zaria Comer (Leesburg, Va. / Tuscarora) who notched 12 points, her eleventh game this season in double-figures. In the effort, Comer recorded three steals along with
Peyton Smith (Valley Lee, Md. / Great Mills) who added an individual season high, six points. Freshman
Justine Mudiay (Baltimore, Md. / Cristo Rey Jesuit) and sophomore
Shelby Cochran (Wilmington, Del. / Hodgson Vo-Tech) both tallied seven points in the game with Cochran and sophomore
Ashley Guy (Leonardtown, Md.) adding six rebounds. The Gators tallied 14 steals, their sixth game this season in double-figure steals.
The Gators next travel to Gwynedd-Mercy University, Saturday for a CSAC match up. Game time is scheduled for 1 p.m.
