Box Score Aston, Pa. – The Notre Dame of Maryland basketball team traveled to Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Neumann University for their first game of 2017. The Gators opened up the game strong, but costly turnovers in the third quarter would put Notre Dame behind as they fell, 92-58.
Notre Dame had three players score in double-figures led by junior
Zaria Comer who posted her second double-double of the season and 19
th for her career. Comer posted 23 points and 12 rebounds in the game, while posting five blocks her fourth game this season with four of more blocks. She leads the CSAC in blocks with 24. Sophomore
Justine Mudiay recorded 12 points and nine rebounds while
Dania Taylor added 10 points in the game. The Gators totaled 42 rebounds, their sixth game this season with 40 or more rebounds.
Notre Dame will return home Thursday as they host Rosemont at 7:00 p.m.
