BALTIMORE, Md. – Notre Dame softball has suffered their first cancelations of the season due to the lingering winter.  This weekend, the Gators were slated to head to Virginia Beach, Virginia for the Beach Blast Tournament.  Unplayable field conditions and forecasted inclement weather has forced a cancelation of the tournament.

In attempts to pick up two of four lost games, the Gators will now travel to Gallaudet University on Sunday, March 10 to face the Bison for their first doubleheader of the season. 

Notre Dame will face Gallaudet at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.  This will be their first meeting of two this season.  They will again travel to Gallaudet on March 27.

Their first home games of the season will be played at CCBC Dundalk.
