ROSEMONT, Pa. –  The Gators earn two more honorable mentions this week, announced by the Colonial States Athletic Conference Monday afternoon. Last week the NDMU basketball team went one-and one and the honors this week went to sophomore Fitchett and freshman Alleyne.
 
Fitchett earns a mention this week for her impressive 21 rebounds in two games. She also has three total blocks. Fitchett currently stands as the second best rebounder in the CSAC. She averages 11.4 rebounds per game and on the defensive end averages 7.8 rebounds per game.
 
Alleyne earns honors for the third time this season. This past week she averaged 22 points per game. She was an integral part of the win over Bryn Athyn at home. In the past four games Alleyne has hit the 22-point mark three total times. She is currently ranked as top nine in the CSAC for points earning 14.8 points per game.
 
Next week the Gators will finish their regular season conference play and will end at Centenary University. Having clinched the final four spot in the CSAC they will look to host on Monday, February 24^th.
