BALTIMORE, MD – The Colonial States Athletic Conference announced the last weekly honors for the 2022 season on Tuesday with Daija Fitchett claiming her sixth Defensive Player of the Week honors. Ayana Brim was recognized for the third time this season as a member of the CSAC Weekly Honor Roll.


Fitchett posted three straight 18-point performances over the week. She averaged a double-double (18.0 points, 11.3 rebounds) and concluded the regular season with 11 consecutive games with multiple blocks, posting 10 blocks in three games. She also averaged 2.5 steals during the week. 

Front-court mate, Brim helped power the Gators to a 3-0 week averaging 16 points on 18-of-24 shooting including her first career triple coming against Valley Forge. She also tied her career-best with four steals against Rosemont in 24 minutes.
