Three Gators Earn All-Conference Honors

LATHAM, N.Y.- The United East announced its 2023-24 All-Conference Teams and Major Award Winners on Thursday, Feb. 29 with the Freshman duo of Amani Watts and Hillary Howard being named to the First Team while Amya Durham was named to the Second Team.  

Watts got off to an outstanding start this season averaging 18.8 points per game (6th most in the United East) and 11.6 rebounds per game (2nd in the United East) in her 16 games this season. She recorded 11 double-doubles during the season. Watts was named United East Player of the Week five time this winter.  

Howard also made a major impact in her Freshman season, scoring 386 points by averaging 14.8 points per game. In addition she collected 163 rebounds, averaging 6.3 rebounds per game.  

Durham stepped up for the Gators this season, helping the team on multiple fronts. She scored 272 points, averaging 10.2 points per game. She dished out 91 assists while swiping 35 steals.
