Box Score BALTIMORE, Md. -- The Notre Dame Gators volleyball team took care of business on Wednesday night as they hosted the Washington Adventist Shock. The Gators opened the match strong as they won the first set 25-4, then went on to win the second, 25-14. Notre Dame completed the sweep in the third set winning 25-4. The victory brings the Gators to 9-2 and continuing their unbeaten home streak.

Michaila Sheedy with .556 and .462 hitting percentages, respectively, combining for 13 kills. Every Gator contributed in win, as the team posted a hitting percentage of .344. Sophomore
Kayleigh Davis set a career high with six service aces, while the team finished with 16. Sophomore
Mary Marquez had 10 digs accounting for almost a third of the 29 team total.
The Gators will look to continue their success as they head to a quad match at Colonial States Athletics States foe Clarks Summit University. They will also face Alice Lloyd (Ky.) and York (N.Y.).
