Baltimore, Md. – This time last year the Notre Dame of Maryland University volleyball team was celebrating their second straight Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Championship, while preparing for their NCAA match-up with Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
            
            The Gators scored a 3-1 victory against Cedar Crest College in the CSAC Conference Championship, which advanced them to the 2019 NCAA Tournament. The Gators entered the tournament with a match up against the number one seeded Emory Eagles. The Gators fell in straight sets 3-0, which wrapped up a remarkable campaign, leaving the Gators at 25-4 for the season. 
            
            Notre Dame of Maryland University has three conference championship titles, being the 2018 volleyball team, the 2019 volleyball team, and the 2019 lacrosse team.
