Kathleen Worthington was inducted into the Notre Dame Hall of Fame as a member of the 1997 induction class. 

A member of the basketball and tennis teams, Worthington was named the Most Valuable Player for both teams her senior year, which helped her earn the school's award for Most Outstanding Senior Athlete.  

A former Associate Athletic Director/Internal Operations at University of Maryland, she has continued to stay active by running with the Syracuse Chargers, earning first plce in a women's biathalon.
